First Graders need to move around! I teach 1st grade in a Title 1 School, with approximately 65% of the student population considered low income. My students want to learn and are eager to do well in school. But first graders have needs. The students have a diverse background and come from all walks of life. The kids need to move around, wiggle, bounce, stand, and rock while they work. I love my students and want to see them succeed, they just need some extra help with our seating arrangements in order to be more comfortable while they learn!

About my class
