The mail box organizer will be used as a space for students to turn in completed work, and take home graded work. Currently their is no place in the classroom to easily distribute and collect these things and so student work gets lost or cluttered. This will allow students to stay organized and reflect on their ow performance. The flexible seating and sensory tools are being brought in to meet every child's sensory needs. Students will be taught about sensory processing and encouraged to experiment with these tools until finding something that helps them perform better in the classroom. Every child should have access to what they need to be successful. Spending less time managing behaviors that arise from students who do not know how to regulate themselves means we can spend more time focused on the academics.
