The equipment that will be purchased will allow my students to be able to practice and perfect their skills in a safe and practical way and it will also allow for my students to be better prepared and trained for competition. The gear not only functions as a key piece of equipment while the students are competing but good sparring gear also greatly reduces the possibility of injuries. By the time this project is complete I would like to replace all of the existing gear with items purchased through this project. The chest protectors are the first step in this process

About my class
