Our STEAM Lab is a Creative Learning Systems Smart Lab. One of the categories in the curriculum is Robotics and Control Technology. There are 5 lessons for the Lego Mindstorm NXT in the curriculum that the students can't do as we do not have the Lego Mindstorm NXT Kit. With the purchase of this kit, students can learn to code and control more robots other than the Ozobots and Spheros that we have. We are starting a Lego First Robotics team next year, and learning to program robots like the Lego Mindstorm NXT will give them a headstart to knowing how to program robots for competition next year.
