I have seen the look of excitement and motivation in the eyes of students who are learning to read on THEIR LEVEL. It is so important for me to keep this motivation going. However, we currently do not have the resources to meet the needs of these students who struggle. Having leveled books will enable my students surpass their current level and soar to higher ones. Students have already been assessed and a level obtained. We have begun reading and the students are already on their way to becoming better readers. They are excited to read to themselves, to their peers, and to me.
