My students will be able to have individualized books or games that are on their specific levels to use at school first then continue to practice with at home. Many of the students in my classroom do not have access to computers or printers because they cannot afford them. The parents are unable to purchase educational materials because of their own lack of education or need the money for their basic needs. Also, the parents are unsure of how to help their student practice at home in an engaging way. I think that the students and parents will be able to practice skills while spending quality time together if we have a classroom color printer and ink to make them.
