Research has shown that many students learn better when they are able to move or when in a comfortable environment. Flexible seating provides this type of learning atmosphere. For example, the "bouncy ball" chairs will provide students with freedom of movement while being engaged in the content. The bar stools, bean bag chair, and gaming chair provide a "home-like" safe optimal learning environment. Many students that we teach are coming from places where they often do not feel safe. Learning can only take place after students establish that the classroom is a safe place for them.
