Goodwyn Middle School is the largest middle school in our county. We are a Title 1 school. Due to the high poverty in our county, all students receive free breakfast and lunch. Our district also has the minimum millage rate required by the state. This means classroom teachers often need to be creative in finding ways to meet our students' diverse needs. I teach both 7th and 8th graders for English Language Arts.
