Flexible student seating is a goal of mine during this school year. Flexible seating will allow my students to do their best work in a choice spot that fits their learning preference. Currently, my students sit in regular four-legged chairs during whole group instruction and during most independent time because the floor is the only other option. The flexible seating means students are not only more engaged but comfortable at the same time. With these new flexible seating opportunities, my students will be able to concentrate better, stay more engaged and complete their work to the best of their ability. With the variety of flexible seating options listed in my project, students will also be able to experience new seating options regularly. They will be able to test all flex seating options identifying the one that works best for their learning and work style. My students always try their best but just need the flexible seating to take it to the next level.
