Your contributions to this project will allow my students to have a safe haven where they can come and escape their daily struggles through the characters and adventures of a great book! My students, as young readers, often need additional supports and encouragement to advance their reading skills, so the engagement appeal of the comfortable seating and spacious rug will draw them in. By giving them a comfortable, safe space to explore stories and advance their reading skills, my students will become forever readers. Changing the classroom setup with the use of the rugs and flexible seating is sometimes all it takes to give students an opportunity to spark their love of reading.
