We use technology throughout the day with our interactive stories, to support our math and language arts lessons and to strengthen their learning through brain based activities. I have found that students yearn for the opportunity to use technology as a learning tool. Their excitement and eagerness as concepts are easier to grasp makes my teaching very rewarding. By implementing a MimioTeach in my classroom, my students will have more opportunities to interact with their learning. I could use a MimioTeach as a tool for hands-on learning during calendar times as well as during centers. It is exciting to think about how students will be able to use the MimioTeach to teach each other. With the use of the MimioTeach in my kindergarten class, my students will enjoy growing as learners.
