Our students need to be familiar with technology and also have a love for books. This iPad project combines both for the four year olds in my classroom and will help them become successful readers. Reading books aloud to children stimulates their imagination and expands their understanding of the world. We want to create a love for books and show them different, fun ways they can read on their own. This will also help them dig deeper into our lessons since the books will be relevant to our themes and studies. Two students at a time will be able to use the iPads at the listening center.
