Our school is located in Philadelphia and is considered a title 1 school. This means that most, if not all, students come from low income families. As a special education classroom materials are usually hard to come by. School supply lists are usually fulfilled for general education rooms which means we may not have the materials needed for a successful year. When students enter my classroom I want to give ensure that they are in an environment that will help them reach their full potential and with the materials on this list we will be set for a great year!
