My students are divided into four groups of 5-6 students. These two Amazon Tablets will be incorporated into their "Free Center" time in both ELA and Math. By using reading and writing apps, they will work on these skill during their ELA time. Similarly, they will be using math related apps to work on counting, shapes, addition, etc. There are limitless possibilities with these programs that will provided my students with exciting ways to learn. I am a second year teacher that is excited to bring more technology into my classroom, since these students are exposed to these advances on a daily basis. Students these days grow up using iPhones, iPads, and Tablets, it is a second nature to them, so why not harness that intelligence and use it as an advantage in the classroom.
