Our class will be moving to a new art classroom soon! While change is always exciting, our old furniture and supplies will not fit our bigger and brighter dreams. Currently my students use old chairs on their last leg and supplies that are not engaging enough to meet the 21st century standards. The creative seating of the pads combined with the 3doodler kit will combine art with architecture, design and exploration of space. It is our dream and desire to create a space that both challenges and engages their creativity. With the flexible seating of the wobble cushions, students are able rock, wiggle and move at free will without disrupting others. The great thing about these seats in an art classroom is that it encourages an active mind and body. But whats an engaging space without an course to match? The 3Doodler art set will do just that. The 3Doodler works as an 3D printer but mobile. Students are able to create small design, models and shapes that can challenge and reflect the world they live in. What's cooler than that?!
