The importance of fostering leadership skills in our youth has become crucial. My students need the ability to develop their leadership qualities. They need the opportunities and resources to help define and sharpen their leadership characteristics. My students need books that focus on leadership characteristics such as determination, grit, tenacity, and perseverance. The books will highlight a variety of leaders with different ethnic backgrounds and careers to emphasize that people from many walks of life become leaders. These resources will help showcase various different leadership characteristics to my students and enable them to become the leaders in our global economy.

About my class
