These experiences will provide a unique and intriguing learning experience for 48 students. We have many standards that focus on food chains, anatomy, life cycles, ecosystems, and adaptations. These supplies will help students grasp the concepts they need to understand to excel and prepare for their exams. For many students, this is the first time they will be expected to conduct and evaluate science experiments and observations. Owl pellets , frog dissections, and the many other resources in this project will help recap and solidify what students have learned. Those students who have had the experience of doing hands-on science, grasp the concepts they need to be successful in 5th grade and be prepared for middle school.
