I've had the opportunity to teach 3rd grade for the past 8 years. I love this age group-the students are more independent, but also still love to come to school, draw me pictures, and greet me with a big hug. My students are hard workers and are always up for learning something new. They enjoy engaging with their classmates with hands-on learning. All of my students have bright futures ahead of them. I am always thinking about how the time in the classroom now will affect their future!
