The 1st grade team is spearheading Project Based Learning this year. It will involve the students investigating theories and facts on their own and proving them true or false and finding solutions. Coming from a town who's median income falls below the state and national averages, these students will be able to use the tablets to research what we are learning about and find ways to help their community in the process. PBL is new to our school and we are excited to let the students lead in their learning and investigating. Voice and choice will be our new mantra this year and the tablets will afford the students the ability to do that. Thank you in advance for your commitment to the future of our students.

About my class
