My students come from a low socioeconomic background. Our school is centered in the middle of one of many housing projects surrounding our school. We are a Title 1 school with about 95% of our students on free or reduced lunch. Each student possess the drive to learn but lack the necessary tools to make them successful outside of school. Therefore, it is my duty to ensure they are given the necessary tools to make them successful. To see my students reach ANY and EVERY goal makes my heart smile. They need fun and exciting ways to spark their learning. Learning that will be embedded in their memory and foster their belief that they can SUCCEED if they BELIEVE.

About my class
