Kindergarteners are so excited, funny, and always proud of their work! Unfortunately, many of my students come from unstable home lives. They lose their backpacks and I provide new ones, they have not been taught to take care of work they are proud, or they might only see their mom or dad a few days out of the month. There are so many things that get in the way of showing off what they know and what they are creating! By adding an iPad in my classroom, students will be able to share their work through a student-led digital portfolio on ClassDojo. This platform allows any family member that connects with our classroom to see the pictures and videos of work that their child shares to their portfolio. This gives more ownership to my kiddos by allowing them to show what they are proud of!
