I am asking for a document camera, a projector and five MakeyMakey kits. These items will allow my students to study with one another. They will promote a positive risk taking culture in our classroom where it is the norm to get feedback and advice from peers. The projector and document camera will be used across disciplines and make it possible for the students to have an active role in their education. It will also allow us to have shared experiences to build from. It is hard to teach STEAM without the T! The Makey Makey products will assist several students in crafting their presentations. It will allow them to broaden the scope of information sharing and learn new skills in the process.
