Young students have a lot of energy. The amount of time they get to be active during the day has become very limited. This has created problems with learning in the classroom. They are expected to sit for long periods of time throughout the day in uncomfortable desks and chairs. Because they don't have much of an outlet to expend their energy, it is very difficult for them to focus and learn. Active seating will allow them to be active and sit in an environment most comfortable to them. This will in turn help them to maintain focus and learn more effectively.

About my class
