My goal is to teach my students to become problem solvers and instill a lifetime love of learning for science and math. They will be able to use STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) kits and books for activities that help them think critically on a daily basis. Using these hands-on materials will help my students to construct and design projects to build a successful future and be the problem solvers in their community. Most students only have access to materials such as this in the classroom because of our Title 1 population. I love to watch my students create and engage in meaningful conversations to solve problems.
