Balance Ball chairs weighted with sand will allow my students to get more daily exercise and stay healthier while doing important desk-work at the same time. The chairs will fit nicely in our large lab room with tall tables. Another teacher in our school has successfully used the balance balls with younger students and her success inspires me to try it with older students who again are experiencing a dramatic growth spurt and need for motion and good core strength. I have used a ball chairs for years and am very excited that the trend is taking off. I look forward to this needed change!
