In my class, I would like to incorporate STEAM into the curriculum and enhance their visual arts learning by having the students create electronic portfolios. With these portfolios, students will be using the 21st Century skill of technology and learning professional skills that can be carried on into college and careers. E-portfolios will enable students to collect images and reflections of their work over time, creating a repository that they can look back on and assess their growth throughout the year. We would need a tablet to help with photographing, editing, writing reflections, and uploading their creations to their portfolios.
