This resource will greatly improve my special education students by working independently in small groups. I have multiple grade levels of students that come to me for individual education plans; these type activities will allow them to grow and work on their skills independently while I am working with other students. I am also an at home tutor for 7+ kids per school year and in the summer time. These types of materials will be an asset to my students so they do not get "bored" and keep them interested in school, learning, and keep their skills sharp for the upcoming school year! These Hot Dot resources that I am requesting are an amazing, standards based, educational game that allows students to work on their skills - either at or below grade level. Ranging from ELA to Math, the students will read the questions on the cards and use the pen to answer these questions by touching the dot next to the answer. If they are correct the pen will tell them, if they are not correct the pen will ask them to try again. Teachers are tired of boring paper and pencil type work, these will be something different and unique for the students to enjoy.
