Books are essential to student growth and they need access to as many as they can get! Having these books in our classroom library will give students a greater opportunity to learn and explore. Being confined to their homes, students are missing out on social-emotional learning and have very limited access to books. They are also limited in how they are getting to explore the world around them. These books will allow me to expand and enhance our read-aloud time as well as students' independent reading time at home. Students will be able to request and check out books from me and use them at home! The more we can give them, the more they will grow!
