My students need 2 Wobble chairs, 5 stackable lap trays, 4 exercise balls, 4 kneeling pads, and a pack of 5 plastic stack stools to support flexible and engaging seating in our classroom. These materials will be used all day, each day for stations, reading, writing, and math lessons, guided reading, and science and social studies lessons. My vision for my classroom includes areas where students will be able to sit and work, lay down and work, or stand up and work, all while having the materials they need in order to be successful, while being active and having choice. Introducing my students to flexible seating will give them the opportunity to explore and understand what works best for them. Please help us to utilize flexible seating so we can be successful!
