My students have been working with worksheets that have been provided by the district for math. Although using worksheets is beneficial, students with special needs benefit more from concrete, hands-on, materials. I would love to be able to provide my students with the largest selection of learning materials as I can. Math stations help students use independence and assigned tasks to help create mathematical connections needed for the real-life application. From shapes to number sense, all the way to addition and subtraction - my students need these resources to succeed in a changing world. I hope that these resources are funded.
