With a new Chromebook in our classroom, my special needs science students will be given many additional learning opportunities that they wouldn't normally have. We would be able to do a countless number of lab experiments and digital labs that are available online. These labs offer tremendous hands-on educational opportunities that will further their knowledge while stimulating their senses. Technology is a major motivation for my students, so my ability to further their knowledge utilizing technology would help them motivationally and academically. Technology gives them the ability to extend their learning and increase their knowledge, and it motivates students to participate effectively while becoming more fully immersed in the material.
