I am the sole 4th grade teacher at an at-risk inner city charter school. As the only 4th grade class, we are often left to "fend for ourselves" in terms of resources and materials. I believe every single student in my classroom can be a successful student and a contributing citizen IF they are made aware of the choices available to them. As their teacher, I encourage them to take control of their own destinies by believing in their own abilities and talents.

About my class
