I am a Learning Strategist whose focus is to deliver small group intensive learning remediation in my learning lab. Learning Strategists usually wear many different hats. At times I develop and deliver professional development to staff. I also attend PLC"s to help different grade levels strengthen their teaching. Coaching is another hat I wear; I meet with teachers to give support and advice. Last of all, I help wherever is needed like classroom coverage when we are shorthanded.
