In elementary school, kids need a large, comfortable, and clean place to learn effectively during whole group instruction. A new carpet will enable my students to gather together and learn more effectively. In my classroom, my students are constantly learning through talking, but it is difficult to talk if they are sitting at their desks. That is why a large carpet space is essential! A brand new carpet will create a welcoming environment that will allow my students to work with one another on a large and comfortable open space. This will help me cultivate a learning community, not just a classroom!
