Research has shown that allowing students to choose their seating options greatly enhances student engagement. With a fulfilled project, my classroom would change quite a bit. I would be able to offer my students a variety of seating options such as wobble chairs, balance balls and wobble cushions, based on what best meets their needs. Seating would not be limited to desk and chairs. These options will allow them to become more comfortable, find a responsible working space and get the most out of our work times and classroom activities. This will help my students to learn and grow as learners and be able to collaborate better with their peers.
