Learning letters and letter sounds is sometimes hard for a preschooler. Children sing the alphabet song and know how to say most letters however, recognizing letters can be a challenge. Children learn letters when they connect them with their name. In the fall when we return I want my students to be able to learn their letters with the help of these alphabet materials. With these age appropriate materials children will have a hands on learning experience. Children who attend preschool need to be Kindergarten ready at the end of the school year. I believe these alphabet materials will help them to achieve that goal.
