The 6-year-old children in my class need to move! These young, energetic learners have a hard time sitting in a rigid chair or on the floor while they work; there simply is not enough feedback or opportunity for movement. Whether children are speaking, listening, reading, writing, or doing math and science, they need to move their bodies! These stools and wobble cushions allow children to move and learn at the same time. While moving, children are able to increase their engagement and effort as well as sustain greater concentration. Your generous donation will increase student learning, focus, and effort within our 1st grade classroom. Thank you for supporting children's movement needs while learning!
