My students come in daily, eager to explore and learn about technology. Proper seating position is important to learn so your body stays aligned, feet should be on the floor and backs should be tall. Right now my students sit in chairs where their feet dangle and they slouch. The ball chairs and wobble stools will help them achieve the goal of proper position along with building their core. Many of my students are afraid to play outside due to dangerous neighborhoods. It is proven that the ball chairs and stools help tighten and strengthen the core for better health.
