Flexible seating gives my students the option to choose a seat that works best for them. Giving my students the option to use a traditional chair or a yoga ball helps me as teacher meet the needs of all of my students individually. Using yoga balls and wobble stools in the classroom have been shown to increase focus, metabolism, motivation, and engagement. It also promotes better health and improves posture. Flexible seating options can help students improve their overall academic performance. The flexible seating is a favorite among most students. They love the option to sit on a ball or a wobble stool.
