I have quite a few fidgety, high energy students in my class. They are constantly getting reprimanded for leaning back in their seats, because I don't want them to fall and hurt themselves! I believe that by providing them with these wobble stools and bouncy bands, they will be able to expend that energy without risking falling out of their chairs! I am starting my flexible seating classroom by providing outlets for my students do get out their energy without losing focus on their work. I know the wobble stools are more expensive than exercise balls, but I feel they are more safe, and more durable, than the alternative! I can't wait to see my students faces, when the wobble stools and bouncy bands arrive!
