These materials will be great resources for parents and children to learn alternative methods to providing a healthy life style. The children will be encouraged to be more active and to learn new experiences that they can share with families and peers. The goal is to conquer obesity 1 child at a time. This includes providing healthy experiences and family resources. The students will participate in more physical activities and new healthy experience that encourages them to use their body. The Head Start program will use these materials and resources to increase our student's ability to care for their bodies.
