Sensational centers are a vital part of an exciting, in-person classroom! I can work with small groups and address individual needs, while students are engaged in center activities to expand their learning. My curious students will work independently while they practice letters, sounds, numbers, counting, and science concepts. These center activities must be engaging and stimulating for my students. The activities I have chosen will help with fine motor development, extended thinking, problem solving, discovering, engineering, STEM, and developing art skills. I have 30 students, with an overlapping schedule, and they want to be kept busy. I pack my classroom with diverse, cross-curricular, learning opportunities. With these instructional activities, I will keep them motivated, engaged, and committed to their learning. We can record our learning using the microphone, and create a class movie for our portfolio. The joy of learning will continue for my inquisitive students!!
