Having access to more technology in the classroom has potential to completely change the classroom atmosphere. I work at a Title I school that has very little access to technology. I want to bring my students into the 21st century learning experience. Giving low-income students access to technology that they deserve is an investment in their future. There are so many learning opportunities that are available on a Kindle Fire tablet. Students will have the chance to research which covers a variety of third grade learning standards. Students will also be able to practice all kinds of math skills through different apps. Tablets offer a whole new world of text to students that they might never have seen before. It is my goal to give these students everything they need and more.
