Having the right books in my classroom is super important for my students. My English language learners are exposed to the English language more and are able to hear the language in story form. After hearing the book a few times, they will then get to read the book on their own in the library center. The only problem is, my classroom does not have a lot of books my students are interested in. A classroom library is essential for reading success! By supplying my classroom with fun, interesting books, my students will develop a love for reading. As a teacher who has not taught for very long, it has been a big struggle building a classroom library. These books will help not only my students this year, but in years to come.
