Since they are now 4th graders, I teach my students organizational skills in order to prepare them for middle school. The students use binders to seperate the three subjects I teach in my classroom. Having these storage units will be a wonderful way to help students to stay organized. The students already have books and assignments in their backpacks. Their binders are bulky making it hard for them be organized much less make the backpacks heavy. I have taught for 26 years and tried every way possible to keep the load light for my students as they travel from class to class and from school to home. I would truly enjoy and appreciate having these storage units for my students' binders.
