"Flexible seating" is a hot topic in education right now. As a teacher, I am always striving to make my students feel comfortable in every way while at school. Providing comfortable, practical seating options will give students a place to feel at home so that they can be comfortable expressing themselves and diving head first into their education. Flexible seating allows students to have a choice. Choices are made each day, each hour, and each minute. Giving students a safe place to make a choice helps them learn about decision making. A skill necessary for a successful future in the 21st century. The lap desks will help students move freely to any of the bag chairs or rocking chairs. My students show me each day that the more comfortable they are, the better they learn. Bunjo charis, rockers, and chrome chairs will help them be more comfortable in the classroom.
