The culture of reading is so great in this school that every kid checks out books from the library every day. This means the library assistant or I reshelve close to 400 books every day (we aren't in the building on the same days). I love the fact that the kids are reading, but I really need some faster ways to shelve the books. I am asking for two mobile book centers. These book centers/book bins will help students find their favorite characters faster, help librarians and volunteers put away books more easily, as well as update the look of our library and make room on our shelves for more books. Kids will love being able to find books by the characters they love and this project will help our school continue the culture of reading that already exists.
