In a world of rising carbon dioxide emissions that are contributing to global warming and climate change, there is a significant focus on creating a "greener" environment. It is crucial that we educate today's students and tomorrow's leaders about the importance of making wise energy choices. I teach science at a Title I school in which literacy and real world observations are limited. I would like to provide alternative hands-on experiences that open children's eyes to the world around them.

About my class
