What is a Spanish immersion school? "Utah Dual Language Immersion Program uses a fifty-fifty model, in which students spend half of their school day in the target language and the other half-day in English" My school is a Spanish immersion school so these supplies will be used by students who are learning a foreign language. My students walk into my classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what are we going to learn today about Spain, Guatemala, Mexico or Peru. They are ready everyday to learn a new word, a new sentence which allows them to communicate with people from other countries. This allows them to be a better citizen. Also, my school is close to an Air Force base so we teach military kids. My students are 5th and 6th graders (63 in total). 63 active learners who are looking forward to starting a new adventure in the 21st century learning process. Help us!
