As a STEM teacher, the expectation is that I expose my students to STEM principles and fields. The items purchased will contribute to the instruction of those principles, from teaching Newton's Laws of Physics to understanding the influence of NASA in our nations history. These materials will also be used to introduce students to the field of rocketry. Using these rocket kits and altimeters can spark the interest of students in Rocketry and enable them to pursue a career in the field. Students will compete in our school's Rocketry Challenge in groups, which will task them with STEM skills, project management, collaboration, and communication.
